3. Payments

The ride price is determined by the tariff, distance, and service type. Payment is made through the methods indicated in the application.

4. Cancellation

A user may cancel an order before the ride begins. Cancellation conditions and possible fees are indicated in the application.

5. Limitation of Liability

The platform acts as an intermediary connecting passengers and drivers. The platform is not liable for damages arising from technical failures or the actions of third parties.
